SHARED POLICY FOR IOS AND ANDROID
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the iOS and Android versions of Don’t Touch White – Chaos Mode (the “Game”). It explains what information may be stored, processed, or shared when you install or use the Game.

Effective Date: 27th March 2026

This page is written as one shared privacy-policy URL for both app stores. Platform-specific behavior is described explicitly where the current iOS and Android builds differ.
1. Overview
The Game is a single-player mobile game. In normal gameplay, the Game does not require account creation and does not directly ask players to submit personal information such as name, email address, phone number, home address, or date of birth.
The Game currently relies primarily on local device storage and core device features to operate. Depending on the platform and app version, the Game may also use third-party advertising services.
- The Game stores gameplay progress, unlocked content, settings, and certain app state locally on the device.
- The Game uses audio and haptics settings to control sound, music, vibration, and related gameplay feedback.
- The Android version currently includes Google Mobile Ads / AdMob integration for ad delivery.
- The current iOS codebase in this repository appears to use a mock ad layer rather than a live third-party ad SDK.
2. Information We Collect Or Handle
2.1 Local gameplay and preference data
The Game stores certain information locally on your device so that gameplay can continue across sessions. Depending on your use of the Game, this may include:
- high score and best endless run
- unlocked levels and level-completion records
- settings such as sound, music, music volume, haptics, reduced motion, reduced visual effects, and theme choice
- local ad-entitlement state, such as temporary ad-free periods or permanent ad-removal flags where supported
- developer or debug settings if they are exposed in your build
On iOS, this information is stored using local Apple platform storage mechanisms such as UserDefaults. On Android, this information is stored using local Android storage mechanisms such as SharedPreferences.
2.2 Advertising and related technical data
Advertising behavior is platform-specific and version-specific.
Android
The current Android version integrates Google Mobile Ads / AdMob. When ads are requested, loaded, displayed, clicked, rewarded, or measured, Google and its partners may collect, receive, or process technical data associated with the device or app session.
- device and app identifiers
- IP address and network information
- device type, OS version, language, and app version
- ad request, impression, click, reward, and diagnostics events
- fraud-prevention and measurement information
iOS
Based on the current repository contents, the iOS version does not appear to include a live third-party ad SDK in this build and instead uses a mock ad service for gameplay flow. If a future iOS release adds a live ad SDK, tracking technology, or monetization provider, this Privacy Policy should be updated before that release is distributed.
2.3 Analytics
The current codebase includes internal event names for gameplay and app-flow events, but it does not appear to include a live third-party product analytics backend in the current repository build. If analytics services are added in the future, this Privacy Policy should be updated to reflect what is collected, how it is used, and which providers receive it.
2.4 Information we do not intentionally request in normal gameplay
In the current repository build, the Game does not intentionally ask the user to provide or upload the following in normal gameplay:
- name, email address, or phone number
- contacts or address book data
- precise location data
- photos, videos, or microphone recordings
- health, financial, or government identification data
3. How We Use Information
We use information handled by the Game for purposes such as:
- launching and operating the Game
- restoring progress, unlocked levels, scores, and settings
- applying user choices for sound, music, haptics, theme, and accessibility-related options
- providing ad-supported experiences on supported platforms or versions
- measuring ad delivery, reward completion, and ad integrity where ads are enabled
- maintaining app stability, security, diagnostics, and fraud prevention
- improving compatibility and performance in future releases
4. Legal Bases And Regional Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, we or our service providers may rely on one or more legal bases to process information, such as providing the Game, complying with legal obligations, pursuing legitimate interests such as security and fraud prevention, or obtaining consent where required.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights relating to information associated with you, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability, subject to applicable law and technical limitations. Because much of the Game’s data is stored locally on your device rather than on our servers, some requests may be satisfied most directly by deleting the app or clearing local app data.
To exercise rights or ask a privacy-related question, contact us at privacy@mitraye.com.
5. Sharing Of Information
We may share information only in limited circumstances, such as:
- with service providers and SDK providers that help operate the Game, such as ad-serving providers used in supported versions
- if required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other valid legal process
- to protect the rights, safety, security, or integrity of users, the Game, our business, or the public
- in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, or sale of assets
We do not state here that we “sell” personal information for money. If your app-business model changes, or if your legal counsel advises a different disclosure for a particular jurisdiction, this statement should be reviewed before publication.
6. Permissions And Platform Features
The current repository indicates the following platform-specific behavior:
Android
The Android version currently declares permissions associated with internet access, network-state access, and vibration.
android.permission.INTERNETandroid.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATEandroid.permission.VIBRATE
These permissions support gameplay connectivity needs for ad delivery and haptic feedback.
iOS
The current iOS project configuration in this repository does not appear to declare camera, microphone, contacts, photo-library, or App Tracking Transparency usage strings for normal gameplay. If future iOS releases request additional permissions or use tracking technologies, this page should be updated accordingly.
7. Advertising, Tracking, And Consent
If the Game uses third-party advertising SDKs, those providers may process device, network, and ad-interaction information according to their own privacy policies and platform disclosures.
- On Android, the current build uses Google Mobile Ads / AdMob.
- On iOS, the current repository build does not appear to use a live ad SDK.
- If cross-app tracking or consent-dependent advertising is introduced on any platform, we will update this policy and implement any platform-required notices or consent flows that apply to that release.
You may also be able to manage certain advertising or privacy choices through your device settings, Google settings, Apple settings, or other provider controls.
8. Data Retention
Local gameplay data stored by the Game generally remains on your device until one of the following occurs:
- you uninstall the Game
- you clear app data or reset local storage
- saved values are replaced during normal gameplay use
Any information processed by third-party service providers, including advertising providers, is retained according to those providers’ own retention and compliance practices.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Game is not intended to knowingly collect personal information directly from children through normal gameplay. If you believe a child has provided personal information in connection with the Game or through a support channel, contact us and we will review the request.
If you plan to distribute the Game in a child-directed category or under family-specific store programs, you should review your ad configuration, SDK settings, store disclosures, and this Privacy Policy before release.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information handled by the Game. However, no method of storage, transmission, or electronic processing is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. International Transfers
If third-party providers process information in connection with advertising, diagnostics, or other support functions, that processing may occur in countries other than your own. In such cases, those providers are responsible for handling data in accordance with their own terms, policies, and applicable legal obligations.
12. Changes To This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Game, legal requirements, store requirements, SDK integrations, or data practices. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page and post the revised version at the same privacy-policy URL where practical.
